Fee schedules checked on

Cookies

This site sets no cookie. It uses no local storage either: the calculators keep your inputs only in the page you are looking at, and in its address if you press "copy share link".

Why there is no consent banner

A banner is required when a site stores or reads information on your device that is not strictly necessary. Nothing of the kind happens here, so there is nothing to accept or refuse. The stability monitoring by Microsoft Clarity, described in the privacy policy, runs in a cookie-free mode and stores nothing on your device.

Check it yourself

Open your browser's developer tools (F12 on most computers), go to the Application or Storage tab and look under Cookies and Local Storage for this site while using a calculator: both stay empty. The Network tab shows that changing the price or the county sends no request; only the first switch to a new state loads that state's fee file from this site, and the result is computed on your device.

Estimate only: amounts come from each state’s published fee schedules and tax rates as read on the date shown. Special plates, late penalties, local add-ons a county adopts mid-year and the exact value an agency assigns to a used car can change the bill. Your DMV or county tax office has the final word.
